Product description: PTAA poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine] (CAS#1333317-99-9) is an organic p-type semiconductor material, beige powder, purity up to 99%, with hole mobility as high as 10-3 to 10-2cm2V-1s-1 for high carrier mobility. Because of its excellent transmittance properties, matching energy levels, high stability, mechanical flexibility, and low-temperature solution processing, it is increasingly utilized as a hole transport layer material for chalcogenide solar cells, with photoelectric conversion efficiency exceeding 26%. Polymer properties of PTAA materials not only play a role in extracting transport holes, but also influence the growth quality of chalcogenide in the trans structure, and its use in wide bandgap, narrow bandgap, fully inorganic as well as flexible chalcogenide solar cells have been demonstrated. It is a stable glassy polymer with good ionization potential for thick film diodes. The regular package is cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, sealed and stored in a cool and dry place.
